[FEATURE] Leading zeros in date option

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have a checkbox in the date setting dialog that would set the month and day to use double digits.

Additional context.
This would allow the use of the ISO 8601 standard date format (yyyy-MM-dd instead of yyyy-M-d when checked).
