[FEATURE] No notification, if habit already marked as complete

Problem description
Currently, you get notifications for habits, which you already marked as complete prior to the notification on the same day. This leads to confusion and / or annoyance.

Solution
Before creating notifications, it should be checked, if the respective habit already has been marked as complete.

Alternatives
If for some reason it is wanted by some users to have notifications even, when the habit has been already marked as complete, there should be a toggle for that.
