Make fabrik_start use a parameter for folder to place files in

Currently it scaffolds the files straight to the root where you run the command, it could be more opinionated and place the files by default in a "deploy" folder for a cleaner root, or have a possibility to use a parameter like --folder=deploy and it will create the files there.
