Need to decide on best strategy for conditionally handling expansion specific behaviour.
Currently have been using
if constexpr (CURRENT_EXPANSION == EXP...) {..}
But of course this wont work for identifiers that are expansion specific.
Further thought needed.
Also noticed today, it appears constants (e.g spell id's) can change between expansions, see iceblock and cold snap.
