I don't see uninstall anywhere

How do you uninstall the telemetry server? It was working, but has now stopped and I'd like to remove it. When starting ATS I still get the confirmation to use advanced SDK Features, however the server doesn't load in a browser anymore. On GitHub it explains how to uninstall, but I can't find the server anywhere.
`Uninstallation
If server hasn't fulfilled your expectations and you decide to uninstall it, then:

Exit from the Euro Truck Simulator / American Truck Simulator
Select from the server's menu: Server -> Uninstall
Click "Uninstall" button in the popped up window
Done`
