To add a proper account management for the user, he needs to be able to:

Delete his own account (make sure he is deleted from the whitelists)
Modify his settings (email, steamId and password)

To access those options, maybe could add a incognito avatar on the top right of the navbar with a drop down containing:

Steam username (not clickable)
Horizontal seperation bar
An "Account" button to access account settings mentioned higher in this issue
A "Logout" button (already present and implemented, just needs to be moved)
