User: Bug report on intake demographics

Question ID	intake demographics
Steps to reproduce	demographics 5 of 7 page has a bug. States it is optional to complete the form but it continues taking me to an error page no matter what I choose as my answers. Very disappointing because I am unable to go forward no matter how many times I try to refresh the page and go forward.
Expected behavior	to continue the documents to the next page to continue the MADE form
What happened instead	it does not let me do anything, it just says error and does not let me go to the next page or prompt
