Follow the mobile guidelines in Section 3 of the Guidelines for GSA's Digital Presence:

  • Delivering content so it can be consumed on a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes (responsive design)

  • Ensuring users on mobile devices have equivalent access to info and services

  • After the upgrade to USWDS 2.0 have a mobile compatibility testing review

  • Accessibility Guild to confirm that the Accessibility Guidelines are available in the site content
