For the GSA SmartPay websites (program and training site) where the 4-digit prefixes are referenced, please add an asterisk to these 4-digit prefixes: 4715, 5563, 6900, 7071, and 7088.

Please also add the corresponding language for the asterisk:

GSA SmartPay cards/accounts use this 4-digit prefix; however, please note that this 4-digit prefix may not be reserved for GSA SmartPay business only.
