PR Are not not in my profile

the below repo is not active .
so raise a direct PR over here https://github.com/recodehive/machine-learning-repos
mentioning the point issues and level intialy assigned I will merge so you can see the points right away

the same goes to the second none of them are labeled, so do the same i mentioned above. i will fix it.

I'm doing this as I don't have access to those repos yet.
