Pr not merged due to level

I have done this program first time I have merged 1 pr but unaware about that level is mandatory on issue .
Sir is it possible the date has gone but if I asked to the project admin and of she can add level to my pr merged it was merged before timeline but only level was mentioned then can you please consider it as one pr so that I can get the certificate.
It was my first experience.
Please if it is possible.
