Context

Just some minor bug fixes we want to address before demo day and deployment!

Fix on Overlapping Modals during resize
This was not addressed in sprint day but all of the chapter modals in volunteer should be optimized to work when resized.

Task 3

I believe in search volunteer this resizes correctly. Make sure it resizes correctly in search patient
