Our Milestone: Admin Settings UI fixes

So Far, our settings page has most of the backend infrastructure set up but we want to match the UI our design team wireframed to make it more intuitive and clean for our admin users.

Your Task: Work closely with the design on Figma to split our Settings page into tabs for the Account and Liability Waivers. This looks very similar to the Admin Resources tab!

Important Information

• The Liability Waivers tab will need to be most updated to have a list of documents on the left and the markdown text editor. Waivers can be edited, deleted, and new docs can be added.
• Keep the backend functionality to meet these changes but these should have been already implemented so it's mostly UI changes.
