Support arguments to commands #12

I added a pull request which interprets commands with spaces to mean ['command', 'arg1', 'arg2'...]

Example:

  "auto-run-command.rules": [
    {
      "condition": "isRootFolder: someFolder",
      "command": "workbench.action.tasks.runTask someTask",
      "message": "Run sometask when someFolder is opened"
    }
]

Behaviour before: show error message
New Behavior: executeCommand(["workbench.action.tasks.runTask", "someTask"])
