Very long models/sequences will currently slow down learnMSA significantly, e.g. Fitting models of lengths [1363, 1309, 1287, 1354].

Note: This only happens when the median length is large, not when there are merely long outliers.
Cropping of sequences during training was already implemented to deal with situations when there are some longer sequence.
