currently, the level of the LED code amounts to that of a tenth grade school programmer.
We need to improve upon the code so that it would work using commands, or atleast using it's own subsystem.

The disadvantage of this, is that the code might run a little slower, as the current badly written code is optimal in its operation time.

If we see drastic changes in performance, we will have to change the way the code is structured to remove redundancies.
