DISABLE_SMOOTHING is not applied to initial canvas, only to subsequently created surfaces #65

thanks for the hint. i just pushed a fix to master.. if you'd call setMode() multiple times then what you described could happen. i'm not sure that's your problem, but i couldn't reproduce it otherwise.

i test smooething with examples/sprite by replacing it's main.js with this: http://pastebin.com/q42XWjsC

Im certain I wasn't calling setMode multiple times.. Ill do more testing
later
