I think if we allocate the Images to a memory; captured state/frozen where they are taken frame by frame for temporary saves and then to a modified scaling algorithm (filters it to become normal looking images) for higher resolution and clearer images. I assume the GameNGen can reach up to 30 FPS with such a Method. I know it will not work so well in the first Place; but this could become a real AI Gaming Engine with a method like this; plus future error correction.
