能否增加client-config-dir服务配置

我这边需要多个客户端做异地组网互通，需要客户端固定ip并配置iroute

添加客户端会报错，需要手动创建该文件夹后才能添加成功

server.conf还需要增加client-config-dir /data/ccd 才行
