No option to sign up on mobile device

Describe the bug
If I go to https://legacyplayers.com/ on my mobile device, there is no option to sign up anywhere.
Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://legacyplayers.com/ on a mobile device
2. Try to sign up

Expected behavior
There should be an option to sign up. At least if you click on contribute, you should be able to create an account.
