Email confirmation for new account seems to not work

Hi.

I tried to create an account but I'm never getting an email confirmation. I tried to create two account with different email (gmail and outlook), same result. Same with differet browsers. And ofc, the mail is not in the spam folder.

When I try to push the button "Resend confirmation Email", it says "An unknown error occurred!" at the top right of the screen.
