Summary

The current issue templates are relatively "complete", in that they request all information, but are unwieldy for newer users and provide a lot of information that is not necessarily relevant to most issues raised here.

Based on the types of issues we've received, I think it's time for an upgrade. There are Issue forms that are probably a more approachable format moving forward.
