Deadline for what? Every project?

@kkatusic on Contact Page the Expected Deadline field. Because we took a while to answer the last projects requests, and if it really is a 1 week or 2 weeks project I think it's too short for the development process in GM. So the 3 weeks is:

• 1 week buffer to answer the request
• project length 2 weeks minimum
