• Check whether is user has an AA account and if not load the Login with email with OTP to vote #4
• run the Attest the ranked projects inside a category.  #9 for allocation between categories.

By tapping on close icon , I could tap on "submit vote" again
and also in allocation page the Vote button is still enabled

Its ok it be enabled again, they may want to edit/change and submit again.
But clicking on close here should redirect user to main category page and mark it as voted.

I can't find an example of a voted budget category on Figma. Is it going to be like the other categories? (i.e., a green rounded box beneath the two buttons saying "voted ✓")

I can't reproduce this. Let me know if you find more cues. My hunch is that it's probably something from previous accounts cached somewhere breaking it.

I checked the scenario with a new account that I've never connected before @mmahdigh

I'm not able to reproduce it even though I have used several new accounts for different envs (staging & prod). I think it's not only about a "new account", it's more complicated to reproduce than that. Can you reproduce it yourself?
