Please describe.
GitHub allows for issue templates to be configured with YAML, which provides the benefit of form validation.
Stricter and more user-friendly forms will increase the quality and quantity of issues.

Re-implement the existing issue templates in the YAML form syntax

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could just not do this.
