This is two pronged, developer ci/cd and a production environment. This can be adjusted heavily and broken up into individual issues since I'm not very well versed in the best strategies.

Production Environment

  • testflight setup, ios builds, (android later)
  • prod database
  • prod firebase project
  • domain
  • vercel deployment for dashboards and web app
  • backend server

Developer Environment

  • break into main / prod branches (staging / prod) ?
  • general ci tests in staging
  • greater security in prod, not even garrett and i should be able to push without approval
  • cd should run in prod redeploy webapp, database, backend, republish npm package, etc

Include documentation with all of this
