input desynced when in one-handed mode

Environment:

• running scrcpy v3.1, linux release
• on S20 (Android 13)

The streamed input is not scaled to the size of the one handed window, but rather stays in original size. Not a big issue, but i need to rescale the one handed window on my phone, because the upper half of my touchscreen is broken ):

On my Pixel 8, inputs work correctly in one-handed mode. This is a device ROM issue I guess.
