Create a step-by-step tutorial for the actions for foreclosed Geo Web parcels through the Cadastre:

  • Use https://docs.geoweb.network/getting-started/making-a-fair-launch-claim as a reference
  • Important info includes how a parcel goes into foreclosure, loss of stream buffers & stream closure from the user’s perspective, the Dutch auction, former landholder reclaims, new landholder reclaims, auction proceeds, minimum valuation (always .005 ETHx even if the auction is less than that), etc.
