MemoryBlobStore and NullBlobStore can't be configured for use with CompositeBlobStore

The two big changes to blob stores in the 1.8.x branch (#294, #337) haven't been integrated with one another. We should be able to configure a MemoryBlobStore or NullBlobStore the same way as a FileBlobStore or S3BlobStore.
