In de de MIM specificate wordt het stereotype van modelelement Data-element gespecificeerd als «Data-element», echter in de toolbox is stereotype «Data element» (zonder koppelteken) opgenomen:

Dit leidt tot modellen die strict genomen niet de MIM specificatie volgen.
