Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to the application
  2. Click on Home
  3. Click on Add Group and create new Group
  4. Click on Add Staff
  5. Click on Add Home
  6. Notice, both opens the same popup

Note : As discussed Add Staff button should not be there
