[Translation] Missing translation for private key visibility warning

Just talked to a German dude who apparently didn't understand the warning to save the private key externally when generating a new pair in Scatter. I noticed this is not yet translated:

I think this is actually important enough that it warrants an annoying confirmation popup when hitting Save instead of a sentence there. Yes it's big and red, but some people in a hurry will somehow still manage to miss it.
