Video Fallback for Animation Flashes on Web version when Flashes fail to load/are not fully supported yet by Ruffle

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Certain flashes, such as https://homestuck.giovanh.com/homestuck/246, are broken on the Web version, and have been so for quite some time.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a stopgap measure (potentially as a "mod" built-in to the web version), flashes that are broken should be temporarily replaced with video counterparts (ideally high-quality recordings, rather than the Viz media recordings.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
It may also be possible to make use of the flashes hosted on Homestuck.com that are accessible with Ruffle enabled, though not all of those work yet with ruffle and have their own issues with links and whatnot.

Turns out this is already a thing via the clickable link thing to homestuck.com- I would still advocate for high-quality recordings being a backup but this is significantly less big of a deal than i thought.
