My organization has been suspended

My Gitbook account is banned from logging in. When I try to access my previously public notes, it shows "The organization has been suspended".

I don't know what I did wrong, but it forced me to log out while writing notes. This is very shocking because I have a lot of important notes in my account. Please help me find out the reason as soon as possible.

I logged in using my Gmail account, and my Gmail account is [email protected].

I have been using Gitbook for about 2-3 years. I have created about 20 spaces and written a lot of notes. It is very important to me. I am very nervous now. I am afraid of losing these precious materials. I don't know what I did to trigger Gitbook's risk control.

We are experiencing this now on our site https://docs.rethinkable.xyz/

We had a new team member login from a different device/location and now none of us are able to log in and our site says "The organization has been suspended". We contacted support but are still waiting to hear back.

Are you able to escalate the recovery for us?
