[Bug] Thirst bar is unique per dimensions

What's the issue you encountered?

1/The thirst bar is not sync between dimensions, for example if i go to the nether, and my bar is low and i go back to the overworld, my bar will be full, same for the End.

Plus a minor bug: The temperature seem to have some problems for detecting whern the player environment has changed. For example somtimes when going to the nether and burning, going back to the overworld i would stop burning but some seconds later i start burning later, and going in water don't change anything

How can the issue be reproduced?

1/ By changing dimensions you will notice that the thirst bar is not sync between them.

Minor bug: Burning because of the temperature in the nether, going back to the overworld, sometimes do it, sometimes doesn't.
