Ghost item creation and item duplication

Describe the Issue

At random points when the Trinkets mod is installed whatever item you have in your head in Trinkets and in you back or belt slot they create ghost items that can cover up items ant in some cases duplicate one or both items, the only way to clear the ghost items is relogging

I have no clue how to find this,
IDK how to do this.txt

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
