Issue with Shoulder Surfing Reloaded's Free Look

Describe the Issue

The mod "Shoulder Surfing Reloaded" adds a free look feature, which when in the mods 3rd person mode allows you to hold a hotkey - left alt by default - to freely look around your character even while running.
Having Medieval Weapons installed somehow disables this function. I can no longer hold the hotkey to enable the free look feature. Once I remove Medieval Weapons it works normally again.

Same issue for me on Fabric 0.16.9 for 1.20.1.
It also disables the "Decoupling Camera' feature for Shoulder Surfing Reloaded
