Describe the Issue

When you try to pick up a thrown javelin it crashes my singleplayer world, not sure if it does this with servers.

im not sure what goes here, im new to github

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?

Vanilla Perfected Modpack, Deeper and Darker, basic weapons mod
