Suggestion: unpowered rails

You could add another rail type (and recipe) for copper rail made without redstone that would be functionally equivalent to iron rail (like the Everything is Copper mod does), and then add a recipe that combines copper rail and redstone to make powered rail.

i don't see the purpose? why do you want unpowered copper rails? redstone is cheap and why would you want powered rails?
