Change n_read threshold

Hi all.
I would like to change the n_read thrhold from the pre-training model (hct116). The initial n_read threshold is 20 but I need to reduce to 1. In the document, I can easily change the n_read but I could not find the specific method to make modification. I changed min_reads = 1 in m6anet.toml but it makes error. The error message says the index number is not matched. Please let me know if you know how can I change it.
