Allow user to share GoodCollective from the GoodCollective page

From Meri: I'm not sure if it's easy to implement, but I believe it would be nice to have a button that allows users to share this on Twitter. Gitcoin has it for example.

Detailed Description

Tapping the "Share" icon allows the user to share link to the GoodCollective they are viewing via any channel they choose, including to copy the URL.
