Add dependency checks for the initial OAuth Client environment variable VUE_APP_GOOGLE_APP_CLIENT_ID and OAuth client configuration:. valid OAuth Client, redirect URL, etc.

  • propagate bootstrap library errors in console to the landing page

e.g. Screen Shot 2021-08-24 at 5 00 36 PM
