Currently, folder ancestry (when retrieved directly) cannot be found: https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/terraform-validator/pull/114/files#diff-070c55ca91e7b4e8358abf4af4034f5eR53

We need to find a method of building the ancestry for a folder. The v2alpha1 API for CRM should have a folders.GetAncestry method we could use.
