What happened?

The bookmarks toolbar doesnt adapt its color to private tabs. Also doesnt adapt its color when the window is out of focus.

To Reproduce

  1. Create firefox GNOME theme with Gradience.
  2. Open firefox.
  3. Set bookmarks toolbar to Always show/Only show on new tab.
  4. Open private tab or click into another app to remove focus from firefox.

Expected behavior

The bookmarks toolbar adapts its color like the rest of the browser does.
