Fix this first!

This is something that @mrcasual should fix, since I have already tried and it's really complex.

When enabled, breaks links to single entries in non-Dashboard DataTables #7

These are the other items that need to be done next:

Delete Entry link does not redirect to Multiple Entries correctly #14
Create a setting to add Dashboard View to the WP sidebar menu #9
Support Gravity Flow #11
Add some default styling, dude! #10
Add View setting to prevent front-end display at all via shortcode or CPT or REST #17
Make sure lightboxes and galleries work in Multiple Entries & Single Entry
GravityMath notices don't output properly #15
