I'm facing issues installing the GAP SDK on macOS, and I'd like to explore an alternative setup. Here's my plan:

Due to installation difficulties on macOS, I'm considering setting up a server computer to install the GAP SDK, compile my code, and then download the compiled binary file. Subsequently, I intend to use tools like OpenOCD to program the GAP8 chip.

Is this approach feasible for programming the GAP8 chip?

Can you provide information on the memory layout, including the relevant start addresses, for the GAP8 chip?

I would appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide regarding this alternative setup and the memory layout of the GAP8 chip. Thank you for your assistance.
