New feature: Android config module

Background:
for the upcoming organisational config based flavour of the Android app we need a new module within the panel that allows user to customize the Android app. customisations include shorter workflows by removing screens from the app, customised apps by adding logo and potentially images to the config.

@sebastiangaertner Is this feature specific to the Android app, or will the config apply to the iOS app too?

I'd suggest we keep the naming of this module OS-agnostic and (e.g., Treetracker App Config or Mobile App Config).

The iOS team has not started working on this. For now it will be Android only. @AlexCornforth do you have this on your radar?
