Is this docs/api/spec/matcheing-tool-test-case.md still up to date (see https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-api/tree/main/docs/api/spec )

We don't need it now, so the document should be removed, I will change this issue's goal to clean up the useless test file + doc
