Couple quick questions:

1. What's the difference between treetracker-api and treetracker-query-api? They both seem to provide the same tree and capture data.
2. It looks like treetracker-query-api already has a /v2/trees/featured endpoint hardcoded to return a few trees. Should this issue be transferred to treetracker-query-api and worked on there?
3. It looks like the goal is to flag specific captures as featured, not trees. Does this mean that we should phase out the /v2/trees/featured endpoint in favor of /v2/captures/featured (and update treetracker-web-map-client to display these captures)?
