Hello.

When I hover over an element, the screen darkens for some unknown reason and so on every element. This results in the screen constantly flashing from dark to normal. It looks broken.

Unfortunately, I don't understand what kind of flashing, I'm fine in the plugin on the latest android studio on mac os.
@Monabr Could you record video of issue?
Did you use linux? Did you select new experemental UI on Android Studio ? Could you try to switch to normal UI and test again?
